The Type 305 SSVI consists of: > 50 cm tall graduated measuring column > Slow speed timed stirrer > SSVI paddle The Type 311 power supply or the Type 324 battery pack can both run 2 Type 305 SSVI instruments simultaneously.

The SSVI can be used both in routine plant operation and it can be used for the design of a final sedimentation tank. The loadings can be calculated using the WRC developed numograph, click here for details.
