Laboratory instrument for determining characteristics of sludge dewatering
The developed laboratory instrument is appropriate for determining the characteristics of sludge dewatering jobs occurring on different areas of industry and environment protection. The instrument should be connected to a PC and the registration andevaluation of the measured data is made by a suitable software. Computerised control of measurement and data procession eliminate errors of human subjectivity. By means of computerised evaluation of results an immediately usable test report can be issued in a form according to our wish.

The instrument can be used for:

• Comparing organic and inorganic flocculants used for sludge dewatering, and selecting the most appropriate flocculent
• Determining the optimal dosage of the flocculent chosen as most appropriate for sludge dewatering
