The AMV 4000 F has been adapted for procedure development and is suppl.ied in a robust STORM case.
The software is aimed at procedure development and allows up to 255 passes to be stored in one procedure. The data can then be exported as a text file directly into a procedure database (WeldBase).
The AMV4000F can also show the welding waveform. So it is possible to see the affect of changing parameters on the physical process, which can be invaluable for procedure development. Controlling the method of metal transfer reduces weld defects and increases productivity.
The AMV4000F fulfills both the needs of procedure development and quality control. Producing savings in development time and material as well as controlling the field welding procedure.
